How to Reduce Fear in Your Life

Our health is our most important asset. Our unexpired years are our fortune.
Today's experts tell us that one of the biggest causes of ill-health is stress. Stress is a vibration which tears down the defenses of your immune system.
We live in a very stressful society. A great deal of the stress we experience is caused by fear.
Lack of money does not cause stress. But the fear of lack of money and all it's implications, cause stress.
Losing one's job does not cause as much stress as the 'fear' of losing one's job.
An event in one's life does not cause as much stress as the “fear” of the unknown.
There is a saying, “A coward dies a thousand deaths, but a brave man dies but ONCE.”
The new Age of Aquarius, with it's new paradigm of the Laws of Quantum Physics, tells us that we are all connected.
There fore what your mother fears, your father fears or any one around you fears is also felt by you, even if it is on a sub-conscious level. Their fear vibrations enter you and cause stress in your body which leads to dis-ease.
Therefore you must build up a vibration within yourself that negates or eliminates that fear vibration.
In electronics, to “De Gauss” an unwanted frequency (Signal) you introduce a 180 degree “out of phase” signal. This negates the unwanted frequency.
Now where do we get a vibration that will negate the fear vibration within our body?
Edward Bach, one of the healing pioneers of the New Age of Aquarius has done it for us. He discovered that flowers have the vibratory power to eliminate negative emotional vibrations.
Fear is at the top of the list of negative emotional vibrations causing illness in mankind.
Where does all this fear, that is inundating our bodies come from? From the materialistic world we live in.

Fear is used by the Government to maintain control. Fear is used by the AMA to drive you to going to the doctors and the hospitals and subsequently buying into “Big Pharmacy.”
The news, the TV, the movies are all fear packed.
We are all swimming in a common fish bowl, filled with fear water.'
The solution is to reduce fear in your life. Refine your life! It is what my wife, Lory and I do. We walk the walk by watching no TV, we watch only DVD's, and no Horror movies. We do not listen to or watch the “fear based” news. We take Bach's flower remedy called Mimulus.
Mimulus will help you increase your courage and confidence as well as help you to learn to overcome your fears.
